Welcome to Sue Spa Cosmetics (“Sue Spa Cosmetics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of suespaaesthetics.com (the “Website”) and your booking, purchase, and use of our beauty, spa, cosmetic, aesthetic, and related services.

By accessing our Website, making an appointment, purchasing a product or service, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Photographs and examples of treatment results are provided for illustrative purposes only. Individual results may vary, and we do not guarantee that a client will achieve the same results shown in any photograph or example.

4. Appointments
Appointments may be requested or booked through the booking methods made available by Sue Spa Cosmetics.
An appointment is considered confirmed once confirmation has been provided by Sue Spa Cosmetics or through our designated booking system.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and attending their appointment at the confirmed date and time.
Certain treatments may require a consultation before treatment can be provided.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. However, appointments are reserved specifically for each client, and late cancellations can prevent other clients from using that appointment time.
All cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the client's deposit.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the loss of the client's deposit.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a larger deposit or full payment in advance for future appointments.
Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.

6. Deposit Policy
All deposits paid to Sue Spa Cosmetics are non-refundable.
By paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The deposit is required to secure and reserve your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.
- If you fail to attend your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.
A deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment where the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment, subject to availability and Sue Spa Cosmetics' approval.
Any additional booking-specific deposit terms communicated to you at the time of booking will also apply.

7. Late Arrival
Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, we will make reasonable efforts to provide your treatment. However, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.
Where a treatment is shortened because of the client's late arrival, the original appointment price may still apply.
A significantly late arrival may be treated as a missed appointment and may result in the loss of your deposit.

8. Consultation and Treatment Suitability
Certain treatments may not be suitable for everyone.
Before receiving a treatment, you may be required to provide information about relevant allergies, medications, medical conditions, pregnancy, skin conditions, previous treatments, or other circumstances that may affect your suitability.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Sue Spa Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse, modify, postpone, or discontinue a treatment where we reasonably believe that providing the treatment may not be appropriate or safe.

9. Treatment Results
Beauty, cosmetic, spa, and aesthetic treatments can produce different results for different individuals.
While we aim to provide professional services, individual treatment results are not guaranteed.
Results may depend on factors including your skin type, individual characteristics, lifestyle, treatment history, compliance with aftercare instructions, and other circumstances.
Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, and other examples displayed on our Website or social media should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular result.

10. Treatment Risks and Aftercare
Some treatments may cause temporary effects such as redness, sensitivity, swelling, irritation, discomfort, bruising, or other reactions.
Where appropriate, Sue Spa Cosmetics will provide relevant treatment information and aftercare instructions.
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided.
If you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction following a treatment, contact Sue Spa Cosmetics promptly and seek appropriate medical attention where necessary.

11. Products
Where skincare, cosmetic, beauty, or other products are sold by Sue Spa Cosmetics, customers should review product information, ingredients, warnings, and directions before use.
If you have known allergies or sensitivities, you should inform our staff before purchasing or using a product and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Products should always be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Any returns, exchanges, or refunds for products will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and Ghanaian consumer protection requirements.

12. Payments
Sue Spa Cosmetics accepts the following payment methods:
- Mobile Money (MoMo)
- Apple Pay
- Visa
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method and in accordance with the payment instructions provided by Sue Spa Cosmetics.
Prices may be changed from time to time. Any price applicable to a confirmed appointment will generally be honoured unless otherwise communicated.

13. Promotions and Special Offers
Promotions, discounts, packages, and special offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions are subject to availability.
- Promotions may have specific start and expiry dates.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a promotion where permitted by law.

14. Gift Cards and Vouchers
Where gift cards or vouchers are offered:
- They may only be redeemed against eligible services or products.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
- They may be subject to an expiry date.
- Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced unless required by law.
Appointments made using gift cards remain subject to our cancellation and no-show policy.

Sue Spa Cosmetics reserves the right to request proof of age or appropriate consent before providing a treatment.
